A. Yes, residents are permitted to keep their car in our lighted, secure parking area.
A. Yes, Parkview has both a van and a bus that is used for transportation to shopping, doctor appointments and social activities.
A. Yes, this is your home and you should have all the comforts and furnishings to which you are accustomed.
A. Yes, the pet must be less than 25 pounds and not be a nuisance to others.
A. Parkview is a non-smoking community and smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the building.
A. Yes, we're adjacent to the historic Fountain City Park. A footbridge connects Parkview to the park.
A. Guests are welcome and encouraged.
A. Parkview's goal is to help you live independently as long as possible. In the event that you are no longer able to do that, we will help you and your family in locating the right level of care for you.
A. A $500 deposit will reserve the apartment of your choice. That deposit will hold the apartment for 15 days after it is ready for move in.
A. Yes, you sign a 12-month lease that can be cancelled with a 30-day notice.
